Bio Sketch

Scot Anderson's practice focuses on transactions and litigation in the natural resource and energy industries, international transactions, and project development.  Mr. Anderson’s experience covers a broad array of transactions in the energy industry.  He has been engaged in nearly all legal aspects of the coal industry and has worked on the exploration for and development and marketing of oil and natural gas in the United States, Europe and North Africa.  He has extensive experience with projects on federal public lands and Indian lands.  He has also represented clients in the construction or acquisition of power projects in Europe and Australia.
