James E. Culhane’s  practice has been devoted solely to real estate since 1972.  Within that field, Mr. Culhane has extensive experience in negotiating and structuring transactions.  He has represented clients engaged in all kinds of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions, formation of partnerships and limited liability companies, development of commercial and office properties, residential development, private placements and financing transactions of all types, leasing of all types, including major office leases, synthetic leases, and sale leasebacks, organizing and structuring companies with real estate holdings, foreclosures and workouts, transactions involving properties with environmental contamination, and disputes relating to real estate matters.
