Bio Sketch

For the last 20 years, Greg Danielson has primarily represented oil and gas companies in the areas of exploration and production. He has extensive experience in the negotiation and preparation of purchase and sale agreements, various forms of exploration agreements, marketing agreements and the preparation of all forms of title opinions, including drilling, division order, financing and acquisition opinions. Mr. Danielson has also represented oil and gas clients in bankruptcy proceedings and workouts.   More recently, Mr. Danielson has been involved in post production royalty lawsuits and has counseled clients on various means to avoid royalty litigation.
