Abby Gaffney is an associate whose practice focuses on environmental law, natural resources, and oil and gas. Her practice consists of both litigation and transactional matters. Her current work involves a broad variety of regulatory issues under the Clean Air Act. In addition, Ms. Gaffney is working on a variety of issues concerning multiple CERCLA sites. Ms. Gaffney also has experience concerning the regulation of radioactive materials. In this area, Ms. Gaffney has gained experience regarding the clean up and disposal requirements for uranium mine sites.
