Bio Sketch

Michael J. Gallagher has a broad range of experience in litigation in state and federal courts throughout the western United States and before various arbitration forums.  In recent years he has focused his practice on litigation involving the electrical utility and mining industries.  He also has an active product liability practice which has included the representation of manufacturers of automobiles, agricultural chemicals, explosives, pharmaceuticals and medical devices of various kinds.
