Bio Sketch
Al Givray joined DGS in 2008 and specializes in the following areas:
- Programs and strategic alliances to develop, certify, manufacture, market, sell, and distribute new aircraft products and technology-based solutions
- Aircraft finance, aircraft leasing, related regulation, and the manufacture, purchase, lease,operation, maintenance, marketing, and sale of aviation products
- Strategic acquisitions/divestitures of businesses to obtain/sell aircraft assets, software, and other intellectual property, and associated licensing arrangements
- Aircraft private-ownership operations under 14 CFR Part 91 and air-taxi operations under 14 CFR Part 135
- Commercial finance involving technology, software, proprietary data, patents, trademarks, copyrights, and other forms of intellectual property as collateral
- Intellectual property agreements between US and foreign companies for ownership, licensing, use restrictions, and royalties on patented and unpatented technologies, software, and technical information
