Bio Sketch

Donald Hoagland’s practice was primarily in the general corporate and securities area, with emphasis on the formation and acquisition of companies and on international transactions. Until recently he has been chairman of the Caring for Colorado Foundation, which was formed by the privatization of Blue Cross/Blue Shield of Colorado. He has organized several mutual funds, real estate investment trusts and bank holding companies, and has represented parties to a number of mergers or other acquisitions.
