Jordan Lipp specializes in commercial and products liability litigation. Mr. Lipp’s experience includes defending car manufacturers, pharmaceutical companies, and other large and small companies in product liability and tort cases in both state and federal court.  Mr. Lipp has also represented both large and small companies in contractual and other commercial disputes.  Further, Mr. Lipp has advised companies regarding both compliance with drug and dietary supplement laws, and appropriate measures to lower exposure to product liability and tort lawsuits.
