Mangan has over 20 years of experience as an attorney.  Ms. Mangan's experience includes drafting qualified plan documents, preparing submissions to the IRS for plan qualification, drafting legislation concerning qualified plans, and providing advice on employee benefits issues.  She also has experience in negotiating investment contracts for qualified plan trusts, providing advice on employment law issues, preparing securities lending documents, contract negotiation and drafting, asset based and asset backed finance transactions, entity formation and administration, real estate and securities.
