Bio Sketch

Bob Micsak has worked extensively across the United States, Australia, Africa, Canada, as well as in Central and South America, on a broad array of mineral exploration and development activities, including land acquisition, project finance, project permitting, mergers and acquisitions and environmental compliance and remediation work. He has advised clients on and been involved in gaining project approvals for mineral development activities throughout most of the United States as well as internationally. He has handled land exchange activities on Bureau of Land Management and Forest Service lands. He has advised clients regarding a variety of property issues concerning industrial, commercial, historic preservation, as well as mineral exploration and development activities on federal, state, tribal and private lands, including properties involving a variety of mixed estates. His practice includes environmental litigation, administrative proceedings and representation in complex business transactions.
