Bio Sketch

Dean Miller's practice focuses on environmental law, including litigation and regulatory compliance matters involving all aspects of hazardous waste regulation, including soil and ground water contamination, indoor-air vapor intrusion, asbestos, and other environmental concerns.  Mr. Miller has represented clients in CERCLA cost-recovery and contribution litigation, toxic-tort, and insurance litigation, as well as complex commercial litigation and RCRA regulatory compliance matters.
