Gale Miller joined the firm after serving as a trial attorney at the Federal Trade Commission from 1971 through 1973. Since then, his practice has focused on complex commercial litigation. He has represented plaintiffs and defendants in antitrust, natural resources, environmental, election law, and other trials, class actions, investigations, and litigation in the oil and gas, mining, hospital and health care, landfill, telecommunications, electrical equipment, banking, cable television, greeting card, beer, ski lodge, securities, high-tech printer, real estate development, concert promotion, and other industries. Mr. Miller has litigated extensively in state and federal courts, as well as before state and federal administrative agencies and arbitration panels.
