Bio Sketch

Jay Newcom’s practice includes corporate finance, private equity and mergers and acquisitions law representation for national and international companies.  He has been the project leader for numerous major corporate transactions, both in the United States and in Europe, and regularly acts as a senior advisor to Boards of Directors and senior management.  He has devoted much of his professional career to representing entrepreneurs, working with them to establish and advance their corporate endeavors at all stages of development.
