Bio Sketch

Thomas Nichols has extensive litigation experience at the trial and appellate levels and has handled both civil and white collar criminal matters.  Mr. Nichols’ civil trial expertise ranges from antitrust to securities to construction and products liability matters.  In the last few years, his practice has emphasized significant litigation under the Superfund statute, toxic tort multi-party and class action litigation.
