Bio Sketch

Sam Niebrugge is an associate in the firm’s Natural Resources Group. His transactional practice involves representing oil and gas producers throughout the United States and Canada. Mr. Niebrugge’s work experience is unique because it has involved both the producer and landowner. Mr. Niebrugge also represents electricity and natural gas producers before the Public Utility Commission of Colorado.

Mr. Niebrugge received his J.D. from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law and earned the Order of St. Ives, an honor awarded to graduates ranking in the top 10% of the class. Mr. Niebrugge graduated from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, with a Bachelor of Science in engineering, mechanical engineering in 2003, and has been able to use this engineering background to assist clients with technical needs.
