Bio Sketch

Patricia M. Peterson’s practice focuses primarily in securities, corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions.  A significant portion of Ms. Peterson's financing experience has been in connection with public and private offerings of debt and equity securities, as counsel to issuers and underwriters.  She has acquired additional financing experience from serving as company counsel in term and revolving loan borrowings.  In the acquisition area, Ms. Peterson has acted as counsel to sellers and buyers in acquisition, going private, reorganization and spin-off transactions, and to acquirors and to senior and subordinated lenders in negotiating the financing terms of acquisitions, participating in acquisitions effected through tender offer as well as in negotiated transactions.
