Shannon Ponder helps major and independent oil and gas producers, coal producers and service companies navigate complex transactions and litigation involving resource matters domestically and internationally.  Ms. Ponder has extensive experience representing oil and gas clients which operate in the Rocky Mountain Region and Eastern Europe.  This work includes all aspects of acquisitions, divestitures, production and operations.  She has extensive experience in the negotiation and preparation of purchase and sale agreements, exploration and development agreements and oilfield service agreements.  Ms. Ponder develops clear and innovative solutions to help clients accomplish their objectives.
