Bio Sketch

Jon Rauchway specializes in complex civil litigation with an emphasis on defending companies in toxic tort and environmental lawsuits.  He also maintains an active practice in securities and trust litigation, products liability, and other business disputes.  Mr. Rauchway occasionally assists clients with criminal matters, and has defended clients accused of committing crimes ranging from financial frauds to first-degree murder.

In addition to his work in the trial courts, Mr. Rauchway is an experienced appellate advocate who has argued numerous cases in both federal and state courts of appeal.
