Sara Stanley is an associate in the firm’s Corporate Finance & Acquisition Group.  She represents companies in acquisition transactions and public and private placements of debt and equity securities.  Ms. Stanley also counsels clients on matters concerning a broad range of securities regulation issues, corporate governance, and business formation.
