Ms. Wang’s practice consists of complex commercial litigation, including matters involving contractual and business relationships, oil and gas, mining, real estate, class actions and shareholder derivative claims. She also represents clients in criminal actions.  Ms. Wang counsels clients at the pre-litigation, trial and appellate levels.
