James Whitmire is an associate in the Davis Graham & Stubbs Income Tax, Benefits & Estates Group. James is a co-author of the 4th Edition of the leading treatise on partnership taxation: "Federal Taxation of Partnerships and Partners." In addition to specializing in all aspects of the taxation of partners and partnerships, James has represented clients on a wide variety of federal income tax matters including tax shelter promoter audits, golden parachute issues, and the monetization of tax credits.
