Chad D. Williams

Bio Sketch

Mr. Williams, a partner in the Trial Group, specializes in complex commercial litigation, criminal litigation and government investigations. His civil practice covers a wide range of matters, including large scale natural resources disputes, products liability, personal injury defense and environmental cases. Mr. Williams also carries a diverse criminal defense case load. In the past year he has represented several individual targets and corporations under investigation for, or indicted with, state and federal crimes. He currently represents both "white collar" criminal defendants and defendants charged with common law crimes, ranging from fraud to homicide. As a former trial deputy in the Colorado State Public Defender system, Mr. Williams brings tested trial advocacy skills to the table in high stakes and complex matters earmarked for trial.
