Case Study: Automation Software Company 

We represented an automation software company in commercial transactions with a few large customers.  In connection with these transactions, we assisted our client with a software and services agreement that helped our client realize the value of its intellectual property and safeguard its critical proprietary information, while providing the customers with the necessary tools to maximize their use of our client’s software.
