Case Study: National Trademark Holder 

We represented a national trademark holder in an infringement lawsuit brought by a local holder of a similar trademark for a different service.  After efforts to resolve the matter informally were unsuccessful, we briefed and obtained summary judgment from the federal district court, which was affirmed on appeal to the federal circuit court.
