DGS attorneys represented a Colorado-based natural resources company in a multi-million dollar business tort dispute with an Argentine company.  The matter concerned the oil and gas sector.  The case was the first to proceed under the Hague Service Convention after Argentina ratified the treaty effective in 2002.  The legal issues included personal jurisdiction and international discovery (including the prosecution of depositions in Argentina).  The matter was favorably settled.
