We represented a public company in its strategic acquisitions of $30 million assets of certain domestic, Korean and Ukrainian entities.  With the assistance of local counsel in each country, we worked with our client to implement strategies to minimize disruption of the business line transfers and for the effective transition of the target companies’ employees.
