Case Study: Water Rights Transfer 

DGS successfully represented a MP2 Capital, LLC as Buyer in a major transaction involving the acquisition of Deep Rock Water Company in Colorado.  The transaction included the purchase of water rights and several affiliated water bottling facilities located in Colorado and in other states.  DGS conducted due diligence assessments of water rights, including examination of all related decrees and well records, and drafted closing instruments to ensure successful transfer of all water assets to MP2.
