DGS has represented coal and hard rock mining companies in NEPA matters arising from projects in Alaska, California, Washington, Oregon, Montana, Wyoming, Utah, Colorado, Arizona, and New Mexico.  That representation ranges from identifying third-party consultants to assist the lead federal agency, to assistance and preparation of comments on draft environmental impact statements, to defending NEPA challenges to client projects.
