Case Study: Form Documents

We represented a client who asked us to prepare a series of standard forms with a view to reducing the legal costs of transferring low-value, non-producing properties.  We prepared a series of form documents that enabled our client to handle these transactions in-house from the letter of intent stage to the assignment of the properties.
