Case Study: Southern Ute Indian Reservation
In San Juan Citizens Alliance et al. v. Norton et al., No. 00-F-379 (D. Colo.), an environmental group is challenging the adequacy and geographical scope of an environmental impact statement for oil and gas development on the Southern Ute Indian Reservation. DGS represents BP and has teamed with the Southern Ute Indian Tribe and Bureau of Land Management in defending the environmental impact statement and record of decision.
