Case Study: Gas Marketing Agreement Breaches

DGS represented a client who faced a series of law suits involving breaches of various gas marketing agreements involving producers, gas gatherers and gas purchasers.  After answering the complaints and beginning discovery, we were able to convince the parties to place the case on a mediation track outside the court proceedings.  After two and a half days of mediation, the parties entered into a settlement agreement resolving each of the lawsuits.
