Case study:  Aerospace Litigation

DGS defended an aerospace company in litigation involving seven satellite units.  Another aerospace company sued the client, seeking millions of dollars in damages for alleged breach of contract.  DGS defended the client against the claims and pursued cross-claims against a co-defendant.  DGS helped negotiate a favorable resolution of the litigation.
