DGS represented an investment bank engaged to perform valuation analyses for a special committee of independent directors of a public company in connection with a management-led going private transaction.  We advised the investment banking client on matters relating to fairness opinions, presentations to the special committee, and the proxy statement disclosures about the valuation process and analyses.
