Case Study: Gaming Industry Public Company

DGS represented the special committee of independent directors of a public company in the gaming industry whose largest stockholder was seeking to take the company private.  We advised the special committee in connection with the retention of its investment banker, the negotiations with the stockholder and the company, and the proxy statement disclosures about the special committee's role in the transaction.
