Case Study: Energy Company

We represent a major energy company in its effort to co-fund with a land developer a tax-exempt entity to operate soil and water clean-up operations for the benefit of the local community.  The result will be a tax efficient joint effort among the energy company, the developer and the local jurisdiction to fund and operate the clean-up activities as part of a state-approved clean-up plan.
