Case Study: Private Equity Group Restructuring

We represented the principals in the complete restructuring of a private equity group through a series of partnership entities designed to provide tax-advantaged ownership interests to the principals.  The restructuring produced a more tax-efficient ownership structure, leaving more after-tax return as an incentive to individual and fund performance.
