Mike Gallagher has a broad range of experience in litigation in state and federal courts throughout the western United States and before various arbitration forums. In recent years he has focused his practice on litigation involving the electrical utility and mining industries. He also has an active product liability practice which has included the representation of manufacturers of automobiles, agricultural chemicals, explosives, pharmaceuticals and various kinds of medical devices.

A fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers, Mr. Gallagher also is a member of the Bars of the State of Colorado, the United States District Court for the District of Colorado, the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. He has served as a trial practice instructor and is a member of the American Bar Association Product Liability Section. He is listed in The Best Lawyers in America®.
