Jon Bergman represents a variety of clients in complex commercial litigation, including disputes involving the construction, securities, oil and gas, and other business industries. His practice includes the representation of broker-dealers, financial advisors, offi cers and directors, contractors and other businesses in matters involving the defense and prosecution of claims for breach of contract, fraud, misrepresentation, breach of fiduciary duty, and other business torts. He also has extensive experience representing clients in class action matters and alternative dispute resolution. Prior to joining the firm in 1995, he practiced with a major law firm in Washington, D.C., where he specialized in the area of complex commercial litigation.
Mr. Bergman is the author of the chapter on express and implied warranties in The Practitioners Guide to Colorado Construction Law, 2001 Continuing Legal Education in Colorado, Inc. Recently he was named as a 2006 Colorado Super Lawyer by Law & Politics magazine.
Mr. Bergman is a member of the American Bar Association (Litigation and Construction Sections) and the Denver Bar Association.
