Jay Newcom’s practice includes corporate finance, private equity, and mergers and acquisitions law representation for national and international companies. He has been the project leader for numerous major corporate transactions, both in the United States and in Europe, and regularly acts as a senior advisor to boards of directors and senior management. He has devoted much of his professional career to representing entrepreneurs, working with them to establish and advance their corporate endeavors at all stages of development.
Mr. Newcom is a trustee of Graceland University, The Hubbard Foundation and The Linde Foundation. He is a director of SkillPath Seminars Inc., Duff & Phelps Holdings LLC, Atlantic Asset Management LLC, and Berkeley Capital Management LLC. Mr. Newcom is also General Counsel of Lovell Minnick Partners LLC, a private equity fund.
Mr. Newcom is named in Who’s Who in American Law and the Denver Business Journal’s "Who’s Who in Law."
