Ryan McGee is an associate in the firm’s Corporate Finance & Acquisitions group. He represents companies in acquisition transactions and public and private placements of debt and equity securities. Mr. McGee also counsels clients on matters concerning securities law disclosure and compliance, corporate governance and business formation.

Before graduating law school, Mr. McGee worked at Davis Graham & Stubbs as a summer associate during 2004 and 2005. Ryan graduated from the University of Colorado School of Law where he was the Lead Articles Editor for the Colorado Journal of International Environmental Law and Policy and was president of the Doman International Law Society. He received his B.S. in business administration and Spanish in 2002 from Washington and Lee University in Lexington, Virginia.
