Denee A. DiLuigi's experience includes a wide variety of work on the Colorado Hazardous Waste Act, the Colorado Solid Waste Disposal Sites and Facilities Act, CERCLA, the Colorado Water Quality Control Act, the Clean Air Act, the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act, the Oil Pollution Act, and the Colorado Voluntary Cleanup and Redevelopment Act.  She also has extensive experience counseling clients on underground storage tank issues. Her practice includes litigation in state and federal court as well as in administrative law proceedings.
