Bio Sketch

Andy Low is one of Colorado's foremost appellate lawyers.  He focuses his practice on appeals in the Colorado courts, in the Tenth Circuit, and throughout the Rocky Mountain region.  He heads the firm's appellate practice group.  He also has extensive experience in litigating commercial cases at the trial level, including cases involving: employment relations; trademarks; securities; municipal contracts; property taxes; defamation, privacy and other First Amendment litigation; media and communications law; personal injuries; products liability; retirement plans; CERCLA; and many others. Mr. Low also has handled numerous administrative agency trials and appeals.
