Bio Sketch

Mr. Terry’s practice focuses on a variety of commercial and investment transactions, including but not limited to mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, partnership agreements, licensing and other technology related contracts and both public and private offerings of securities.  He has also been engaged in the drafting and review of periodic reports and other documents required to be filed with the SEC under the federal securities laws.  Mr. Terry also participates in litigation matters involving alleged violations of state or federal securities or commodities laws.
