Jennifer Welsh is an associate in the the firm’s Corporate Finance & Acquisition Group. Her practice areas include asset management, business formation and securities regulation, principally with respect to mutual funds, investment advisers, and broker-dealers. She also counsels clients on matters concerning securities compliance and disclosure issues and general corporate and governance issues.

Ms. Welsh has prior experience in mutual fund and investment adviser regulatory compliance as well as broker-dealer regulatory enforcement.
