Monopolization

Departing from our customary defense-oriented practice, we represented a small rock concert promoter, Nobody In Particular Presents, in a widely-publicized lawsuit making various antitrust claims including an attempt to monopolize against industry giant, Clear Channel Communications and its radio and concert promotion arms.  The case was satisfactorily resolved by settlement after Clear Channel's motion for summary judgment was denied in a precedent-setting opinion published at 311 F. Supp. 2d 1048 (D. Colo. 2004).
