Case Study: Regional Bank Loan 

We represented a large regional bank in negotiating and documenting a series of loans totaling over $40 million to a national home developer.  This project, which was used to acquire and develop a large Colorado housing development, brought together the expertise of our lending and real estate lawyers to successfully secure the bank's position.
