We represented a drywall and painting subcontractor on a large condominium project in Fort Collins, Colorado, whose contract was wrongfully terminated by the general contractor mid-way through the project.  At trial, we obtained an award for all unpaid amounts owing under the subcontract, plus lost profits for unperformed work and attorneys’ fees.  DGS also successfully defended the substantial monetary awards in the general contractor’s appeal to the Colorado Court of Appeals and petition for certiorari to the Colorado Supreme Court.
