Case Study: Gas Pipeline

We represented a client who was threatened with an exercise of private eminent domain by a gas pipeline company, which wanted to acquire an easement across a valuable piece of a client's property.  We negotiated a favorable relocation of the pipeline by persuading the pipeline company of the economic benefit of a less disruptive route.
