Case Study: Source Aggregation

We represent oil and gas operators in EPA Region VIII states who recently received extremely broad information request letters aimed at possible “source aggregation” of interconnected oil and gas facilities for purposes of major source permitting.  We also are working with national lobbyists and coordinating with the Colorado Oil & Gas Association, to access EPA headquarters at the highest appropriate levels on this source aggregation issue.
