Our franchise lawyers have represented a locally headquartered international real estate franchise from 1993 to the present on lawsuits involving claims of trade secret misappropriation, unfair business practices, trademark issues and false advertising. They have advised a national restaurant franchisor on its restructuring of franchise agreements for the Denver metro area. Our franchise lawyers have also organized a retail carpet franchisor (registering it in various states and preparing initial franchise agreement and disclosure documents), and defended a franchise holder against breach of contract and Lanham Act claims.
